Dave has championed and has become a leading proponent for Change Leadership and the impact to each associate in an organization. He built and led successful Change and Training programs across North America, Europe and the Middle East to promote Change Leadership in everyday actions.
Dave has published a number of articles in leading publications on customer engagement in the Digital World, on how change drives customer experience and on process transparency through the Supply Chain.
Baz is the founder of Radishweed Consulting and has nearly twenty years’ experience as a corporate executive skilled in strategy, digital transformation and business relationship management.
He has an Executive MBA with distinction at the University of Cape Town and has also coached on the Executive MBA program in the areas of systemic leadership and organizational viability.
He is a board member for the US based Business Relationship Management and is the opening keynote speaker for their BRM Connect global conference in October 2021.
Steve has more than thirty years’ global experience in Retail and Manufacturing and has provided extensive management consulting to clients such as Ralph Lauren(US), Marks & Spencer (UK), Foschini Group (SA) and ASOS (UK).
He has led multiple teams at a leading global supply chain company including Global Strategic Services, Retail Consulting Services and Professional Services.
He has been a speaker at the National Retail Federation Global Conference and multiple Supply Chain Conferences in the US and Europe.
He has been published in the London Financial Times, Supply Chain Digital, Cloud Computing Intelligence and Retail Systems Alert.
